In this video, we’re going to talk about 7 natural ways to boost your testosterone. Take a look.

1. Increase your cholesterol intake – Do not go on a low-fat diet! Cholesterol is a precursor to testosterone.

2. Moderate protein – High amounts of protein can cause insulin to spike, which can disrupt a healthy hormone balance. 6-8 oz of meat per meal should be plenty.

3. Lower your carbs – Carbohydrates boost your insulin levels, which can lower your T level. A low-carb diet such as keto is ideal for boosting your testosterone naturally. Add intermittent fasting for an extra boost.

4. Exercise – High-intensity interval training (HIIT) will help stimulate testosterone.

5. Sleep – Getting enough sleep is vital to normal and healthy hormone levels. Poor quality and duration of sleep can cause an increase in cortisol, which can throw off your testosterone level. Long walks are great for getting better sleep and lowering cortisol.

6. Lower your estrogen – Testosterone and estrogen oppose each other. If you have high estrogen, you will have lower testosterone. Avoid soy and non-organic products.

7. Supplements – Zinc, Korean red ginseng, L-arginine, and D-aspartic acid are great supplements for supporting healthy testosterone levels.

The last couple of things I want to mention is that a fatty liver, high iron levels, and statin drugs may also cause low testosterone levels. Make sure you talk with your doctor about these potential problems.

The news of a new deadly COVID strain has been scaring a lot of people, but is it really something to worry about?

1:53 How to bulletproof your immune system (free course!)

Is it possible that there’s a new strain of COVID that’s very deadly? There are three important things you need to know.

1. There is not a new strain of COVID. There is a new variant. A variant is not the same as a strain. A new strain has almost a different structure. A variant involves very minor changes. If a virus changes slightly, it doesn’t necessarily change in function. I have not seen any evidence that this new variant is more pathogenic than the original variant.

2. COVID-19 is genetically stable. COVID-19 mutates even slower than the influenza virus.

3. Why do we see spikes of infection in different countries right now? It seems the weather is a big factor. When it’s winter, and it’s colder, people cough and sneeze more, allowing the virus to spread easier. People are also getting lower amounts of vitamin D. Vitamin D is intimately involved in the immune system. People who are deficient in vitamin D may be more susceptible to becoming sick.

Today I’m going to cover the best supplements for runners.

1. Magnesium
One of the first symptoms of a magnesium deficiency is getting tired easily when exercising.

2. Vitamin B12
Exercise depletes vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 has a lot to do with making red blood cells, which help you carry oxygen. Vitamin B12 is also involved in nerve-muscle interaction.

3. Green tea
Green tea has a lot of antioxidants and phytonutrients to help get rid of the oxidation and free radical damage from exercise. This can help with recovery. Green tea can also increase fat oxidation and promote better performance.

4. Probiotics
Probiotics may help with recovery. Probiotics can also help decrease the risk of getting an infection from exercising too much.

5. Potassium
If you’re deficient in potassium, you could have problems with cramping and muscle fatigue. It’s also very important for the cardiovascular system and to help keep the arteries flexible and soft.

6. Sodium
Without sodium, your muscles can get weak. I believe the best source of sodium is Himalayan sea salt.

7. Beta-alanine
This can help decrease lactic acid, which can fatigue the muscles. It can decrease acidity, which can cause tiredness. It can also increase energy.

8. Vitamin D
Vitamin D is a powerful anti-inflammatory, and it may have a direct effect on exercise performance. It’s also vital for the cardiovascular part of the body.

9. Vitamin B1
Without enough vitamin B1, you’re not going to be burning your fuel that well. This could cause you to be tired.

Today, we’re going to talk about the effect magnesium has on a person’s mood. There are a lot of things magnesium does in the body. Magnesium even has an interesting effect on neurotransmitters.

A magnesium deficiency is an extremely common problem. Symptoms of a magnesium deficiency can include:
• Anxiety

The effects magnesium can have on a person’s mood:
1. Magnesium can increase serotonin (serotonin may make you feel calm, happy, and stress-free)
2. Magnesium can decrease cortisol (cortisol is a stress hormone)
3. Magnesium can lower adrenaline (this may help you sleep better)
4. Magnesium can increase GABA (a neurotransmitter involved in relaxation, feeling calm, and sleep)
5. Magnesium can increase melatonin (melatonin can help promote better sleep)
6. Magnesium can increase the parasympathetic nervous system (it can help promote calm)
7. Magnesium can decrease the sympathetic nervous system (the sympathetic nervous system can keep you from sleeping)

Magnesium and Vitamin D: Interesting Relationship

1:33 Need keto consulting? Call this number!

In this video, we’re going to talk about a very important relationship between magnesium and vitamin D.

You need magnesium to fully absorb vitamin D. Magnesium assists in the activation of vitamin D in the liver and kidneys.

This means that if you’re magnesium deficient, you can easily become vitamin D deficient, which can lead to skeletal problems, cardiovascular problems, mood issues, inflammation, and metabolic syndrome.

Just as magnesium is vital for vitamin D activation, vitamin D is essential for stimulating the absorption of magnesium. These two nutrients work synergistically to support a healthy body.

This doesn’t mean that you have to take magnesium and vitamin D at the same time. Your body can store magnesium and vitamin D for when you need them. It’s essential to keep your overall magnesium and vitamin D levels normal.

Use Ginger for Everything Stomach

Ginger could be one of the best natural remedies for almost anything stomach related. Check this out!

2:05 Need keto consulting?

Today I’m going to talk about how ginger could be a great natural remedy for just about anything connected to a person’s stomach.

Ginger is probably one of the best remedies for any potential issue with your stomach. It seems to be safe and has been used for thousands of years. On top of that, it doesn’t seem to have any side effects.

Ginger could act as a potential remedy for stomach issues, such as:
• Stomach pain
• Bloating
• Acid reflux
• Gas
• Upset stomach
• Nausea

Ways to use ginger for your stomach:
• Shave ginger into a salad or other foods
• Drink ginger tea or lemon ginger tea
• Take ginger as a supplement

Ginger stimulates the liver to release more bile. But, it doesn’t increase the release of bile from the gallbladder. It just generates more bile coming down from the liver into the gallbladder.

When you get more bile into the gallbladder, it becomes more concentrated. If your bile is too weak, it’s not going to extract fat-soluble nutrients, act as a lubricant through the small intestine, or help prevent bloating or nausea.

A bile deficiency can also cause sludge in the bile ducts, which can back up, creating stomach problems. There are other things you can try to help increase the flow of bile from the liver into the gallbladder to help reduce stomach issues as well.

Other natural remedies for stomach problems:
• Betaine hydrochloride
• Apple cider vinegar
• Peppermint
• Anise
• Fennel

In this video, we’re going to talk about the cause of bloodshot eyes.

So, what do you think causes bloodshot eyes?

Interestingly, vitamin B2 deficiency can cause your eyes to look bloodshot.

Low vitamin B2 can cause other symptoms related to your eyes, including itchy eyes, watery eyes, and light sensitivity.

Aside from your eyes, a vitamin B2 deficiency may also cause symptoms such as:
• Cracked or chapped lips
• Cracked corners of your mouth
• Oily nose
• Red tongue
• Migraines

The question is, what causes low vitamin B2? A vitamin B2 deficiency isn’t usually caused by not consuming enough foods with vitamin B2. Instead, it’s typically caused by a malabsorption situation.

There are two primary causes of poor vitamin B2 absorption. Inflammation in the digestive system can cause absorption issues, and refined carbohydrates can cause poor absorption.

Bread, pasta, cereal, crackers, pancakes, waffles, biscuits, and all other refined carbohydrate products are very destructive to your digestive system. Avoid these at all costs.

1:43 Looking deeper at psoriasis
2:30 Psoriasis remedies

Is psoriasis contagious? No. Psoriasis is not contagious. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease. With this condition, there are certain parts of the skin that is replacing itself too fast. It may replace itself in only three days when it should be replacing itself in around 28 days. This can result in red scaly plaques on the skin.

A few psoriasis triggers:
• Antibiotics
• Stress
• Infection
• Omega-6 fatty acids
• Statins
• Winter

Steroids do seem to help with this condition. But, there are side effects that go along with this type of psoriasis treatment. A few more things that seem to help are vitamin D creams and UV light. Certain UV frequencies can increase vitamin D in the body.

It has been found that with psoriasis there is an excessive amount of the T helper cell 17, which produces too much of a pro-inflammatory cytokine. Basically, there is an overactive immune cell that’s creating inflammation.

When the T helper cell 17 is too high it can trigger an autoimmune condition where the body starts to attack itself. I did a deep search on what could help suppress the T helper cell 17 and the pro-inflammatory cytokine, and I found a few interesting things.

Potential remedies for psoriasis:
1. Vitamin D (30,000-40,000 IUs)
2. Bile salts
3. TUDCA
4. Probiotics
5. Cod liver oil
6. Carnivore diet

Timestamps

0:16 The problem with Teflon
2:26 What to do

Today, we’re going to talk about nonstick cookware, specifically Teflon. There are many different toxins in Teflon.

There are six different toxic gases that are emitted when you use Teflon. Two of the gases are global pollutants, and one can potentially be lethal in low doses.

Using nonstick cookware like Teflon can potentially lead to:
• Liver damage
• Immune dysfunction
• Thyroid dysfunction
• Chronic kidney dysfunction
• Infertility

Potentially dangerous chemicals can get into our environment, our food supply, and our bodies. It’s almost impossible to avoid our toxic environment. It’s important to constantly do things to clean your body of poisons.

Your body actually has the ability to take these dangerous chemicals and turn them into harmless particles through the liver. This is called biotransformation.

Certain foods can help break down poisons and even plastics that are in your body. You may want to consume cruciferous vegetables on a regular basis. Cruciferous vegetables can potentially help decrease poisons in your body.

In this video, we’re going to talk about the truth about COVID-19 reinfections. Certain groups are saying that you can keep getting reinfected over and over again with the coronavirus. This is creating a lot of stress for many people.

According to a study on reinfection, if you were infected with COVID-19 and you have antibodies, the odds of being reinfected are 2 in 10,000. Only one severe case of reinfection occurred during this study.

It also went on to say that “natural infection appears to elicit strong protection against reinfection with an efficacy of greater than 90% for at least seven months.” “This points to development of robust immunity following primary infection.”

1st Sign of a Magnesium Deficiency

2:41 Need keto consulting? Call this number!

In this video, we will talk about the first sign or symptom of a magnesium deficiency.

The first sign of a magnesium deficiency is getting tired more easily when exercising.

Aside from this symptom, you may also experience:
• Poor memory
• High blood pressure
• Higher risk of soft tissue calcification
• Poor sleep
• Irritability
• Arrhythmias
• Cramps and tetany
• Tremors

There are over 300 enzymes that depend on magnesium to function. 65% of patients in intensive care are magnesium deficient. It is estimated that over half of the world’s population is low on their RDAs of magnesium.

If you’re doing intermittent fasting and you’re low on magnesium, the negative effects can be magnified.

Also, keep in mind that 80% of alcoholics are magnesium deficient.

The most common causes of a magnesium deficiency are:
• Poor diet
• Refined foods
• Stress
• Low vitamin D
• Alcohol
• Diabetes
• Diuretics
• Diarrhea
• Antacids
• Antibiotics
• Malabsorption
• Phytates
• Insulin resistance

I believe the #1 cause of magnesium deficiency is insulin resistance. You need the insulin receptor to absorb magnesium.

The best source of magnesium is leafy green vegetables. Leafy greens contain chlorophyll, and at the heart of chlorophyll is magnesium. You need at least 6-7 cups of vegetables each day.

In this video, we’re going to talk about 7 natural remedies for gout.

Gout is a sudden sharp pain in your big toe—or other joints—caused by crystals formed out of excess uric acid. Your white blood cells target these crystals as if they were pathogens. Your own immune system creates inflammation to try to eliminate the crystal, which causes pain.

Uric acid is formed from purines, which are found in organ meats, game, fish, seafood, sugar, and yeast. If you are sensitive to these foods, you may want to start reducing them and see if your gout goes away.

Making your body slightly more alkaline may help reduce the formation of uric acid crystals.

The 7 best natural home remedies for gout are:
1. Vitamin C
2. Ginger
3. Apple cider vinegar
4. Lemon juice
5. Turmeric
6. Stinging nettle root
7. Potassium citrate

These remedies help promote a healthy pH level and reduce gout symptoms.

Give these remedies a try, and let me know how they work for you in the comments below.

Today, I’m going to share how to break the terrible habit of snacking. Many people snack out of habit rather than out of hunger. Every time you eat, you increase insulin. I believe the most important thing you can do for your health is to keep your insulin at a normal level.

With intermittent fasting, we’re not focusing on cutting calories. When you decrease the frequency that you eat, your body may do better on many different levels. On average, it can take about three days to adapt to fat-burning and making ketones.

It may be best to add more fat to your meals to help you fast for longer. If you do intermittent fasting combined with a low-fat diet, it may be more difficult because you won’t feel satisfied. Adding fat to your meals combined with intermitted fasting should take care of any cravings and hunger.

How to break the habit of snacking:
1. Make sure your carbs are low. If you consume a high-carb meal, you will crave carbs the next day. You will also be more hungry the next day when you’re trying to fast.

2. Eating too late at night will increase hunger the next morning. Try to eat your last meal no later than 7:00 pm.

One of the worst things you can do is to ask yourself what you’re in the mood for. This can lead to eating junk food. What you would want to do is tell yourself that you’re fasting and you will eat when it’s time. You have to be in charge of the body.

In this short video, I’m going to share the best remedy for hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating. If you have hyperhidrosis, a good natural remedy that you may want to try is sage.

Sage supports something called vagal tone. Vagal tone has to do with the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system. Excessive sweating is a problem that has to do with the opposite part of the parasympathetic nervous system called the sympathetic nervous system. There has been a treatment where they would actually cut the sympathetic nerve in certain places to stop excessive sweating.

You may want to try sage as a natural, non-toxic option to address excessive sweating. You could try taking two to three 100mg tablets every day until you experience relief. After that, you may want to try different dosages to see what works best for you.

Other potential benefits of sage:
• It could provide menopausal relief (night sweats)
• It could provide cognitive benefits (better focus, concentration, and memory)
• It may help with excess saliva
• It may help with depression
• It may help with gas and bloating
• It’s antibacterial

Your cell phone can produce dangerous frequencies—here’s how to avoid them.

In this video, we’re going to talk about how you can stop frying your brain with your cell phone.

EMFs are electromagnetic fields, which is a kind of invisible radiation that many electronic products emit.

Did you know that your phone emits microwaves? These are the same types of waves that you use to cook or reheat your food.

EMFs are not regulated by safety codes at this time. This means that there may be dangerous amounts of EMFs around you without you knowing about them.

Many people do not consider EMFs dangerous. Keep in mind that there was a period that people did not consider asbestos, sugar, or cigarettes dangerous either.

The higher voltage a power source is, the more EMFs it radiates.

If you’re sleeping at night and you have a light source and your electronic devices right next to you, you could be absorbing large amounts of EMFs throughout the night.

Interestingly, when you turn off the light switch or turn off a lamp, the EMFs do not go away. This is because there is still a live/hot wire with electricity that is generating EMFs.

The only way to eliminate these EMFs is to unplug the device from the wall.

When you’re using your cell phone, and you’re holding it up to your head, you are exposing your brain to a significant amount of EMFs.

You can limit your brain’s exposure to EMFs during phone calls by wearing headphones while making calls. I use the anti-radiation air tube headphones with a microphone.

If you would like to check for EMFs in your home, check out the TriField EMF meter model TF2—this is what I use. This device is simple and accurate.
