Tyler Talks: Is Fructose Really A Killer?

Today I’m talking about the dangers of fructose, why you should be scared, and run for the hills … NOT!

Have you ever heard people say, “Don’t eat fruit, it’s bad for your health” or “Fructose is bad for your liver?”

I’m going to be super honest with you here, and I do understand that I’m being a little bit particular here, but it seriously rubs me the wrong way.

People believe that fructose is a killer!

WTF!!! Face palm!!

Some people with celiac disease have actually gone into hospital for this procedure so they no longer have symptoms from eating crap foods!

In my opinion, this is the absolute height of ignorance within our civilization. It’s crazy.

Tyler Talks: How To Make Fresh Fruit Orgasmic!

There is something orgasmic about fresh fruit! When I sit down with fresh, right off the tree, organic mango that is just gorgeous and I smell it, sit with it, put it in my mouth and chew it, it’s just the best experience.

This week I’d like to share with you how we can nourish ourselves and feed our emotions with food.

I talk about processes that have been around for thousands of years and it saddens me that most people don’t have this level of experience with fresh fruit, maybe some of you do with some foods but I think some of the most orgasmic food is fresh fruit.

To understand this you’ll need to fast for extended periods of time, maybe 24 hours, but typically seven days, 10 days or more, or even intermittent fasting.

Tyler Talks: 1 Day Water Fast – The Radical Benefits

Hey guys,

I want to talk about the radical and amazing benefits that come from one day of fasting.

If we look back thousands of years, there’s this guy by the name of Hypocrites who said when people got sick, simply fast ONE day.

Simply fasting that 1 day, which is either just drinking water or juices, which are packed with antioxidants and vitamins, minerals and little microfibers that just clean everything out, gives your body the time and space to detox. It allows the body to reset and catch up.

A closed mind can be a missed opportunity when it comes to good health.

Allow me to introduce you to Steve.

Now, I love this guy’s honesty. He actually stood up in front of a whole room of people and said, “You know what Tyler, I think this is a load of BS”.

And he’s not the first. Seriously, if I had a dollar for every time that happened!

But, you know what? It doesn’t matter. Nothing makes me happier than helping people push past their old beliefs and experience LIFE CHANGING results.

Steve’s story is one I’m sure a lot of you can relate to. Weighing in at 130kg, he was on a cocktail of medication to manage diabetes and high blood pressure.

He pushed himself through fear and simply participated.

Using the 7 Principles of Health, he has DRAMATICALLY changed his life, and what he shares in this video is profoundly inspiring.

It’s a truly beautiful story.

Steve raised a really important point, which I hope you caught.
