We are often good at learning, and knowing things. The key to anything is the Praxis (or practice). This is where we really benefit and gain wisdom. Through integrating it into our daily lives. Living and experiencing things on all levels – mind, body and spirit.

The 7 Principles of Health might seem pretty basic. After all, they include breathing deeply, drinking enough water, getting out into the sun, exercising, spending time on your passion, eating wholefoods, having nourishing relationships. Common sense right?

But I find most people don’t practice them. Perhaps because they are so simple, they aren’t prioritised. Yet, when we practice them on a daily basis, pretty amazing things can happen.

What’s one thing you take for granted in life?

I know for many people, HEALTH is a common one.

It can take an illness, pain or some form of suffering before we truly value the health we once enjoyed.

Danny’s story demonstrates this pretty perfectly.

He used to wake up in the morning in incredible pain every day. He’d seen all the experts, had numerous operations and no-one had the answers.

After joining Tyler in Bali, after only 8 days he was free from pain for the first time in 15 years.

He’s now enjoying a lifestyle beyond what he ever thought possible.

Personally, it gives me chills.

This is Mitchell’s story. It’s an extraordinary 3.5-minute video that will keep you in suspense.

Mitchell went from being in the grand final of a National Men’s ice hockey tournament to hitting rock bottom and wanting to die.

Now I take that really seriously because there is so much to live for. If only everyone could see it. But I also understand the dark places people can go to as a result of giving up hope.

A closed mind can be a missed opportunity when it comes to good health.

Allow me to introduce you to Steve.

Now, I love this guy’s honesty. He actually stood up in front of a whole room of people and said, “You know what Tyler, I think this is a load of BS”.

And he’s not the first. Seriously, if I had a dollar for every time that happened!

But, you know what? It doesn’t matter. Nothing makes me happier than helping people push past their old beliefs and experience LIFE CHANGING results.

Steve’s story is one I’m sure a lot of you can relate to. Weighing in at 130kg, he was on a cocktail of medication to manage diabetes and high blood pressure.

He pushed himself through fear and simply participated.

Using the 7 Principles of Health, he has DRAMATICALLY changed his life, and what he shares in this video is profoundly inspiring.

It’s a truly beautiful story.

Steve raised a really important point, which I hope you caught.

He didn’t know there was any other option.

This is Storm’s story. She’s only 16 years old, but she’s one remarkable young woman!
