Do you know what the most common allergies are? Check this out!
Timestamps
0:00 Most common allergies
1:25 Autoimmune diseases
2:40 Remedies for allergies
Today we’re going to talk about the three most common allergies.
1. Milk (casein and whey protein)
The symptoms of a milk allergy may be related to the skin, gut, or lungs.
2. Shellfish
75% of shellfish allergies involves crustaceans (shrimp, crab, lobster) rather than mollusks (clams, oysters, mussels, scallops). But, a person can be allergic to both crustaceans and mollusks. Cooking shellfish for a longer time does not decrease the allergy. There is also a hidden ingredient in the supplement glucosamine that can trigger this allergy.
3. Peanuts
Peanuts are legumes, and your body could be allergic to that protein.
The protein in milk and the protein in wheat are usually associated with many different autoimmune diseases. This could mean that if you have an autoimmune disease, there may be certain foods that you would want to avoid, like milk and wheat.
I believe one of the most important things you could do to help reduce an allergy is fasting. Fasting, especially periodic prolonged fasting, can increase stem cells for your immune system. You could potentially regrow a new immune system while fasting.
Fasting may also help reduce inflammation and increase the T cells. T cells are a part of the immune system and are very important to help reduce the risk for allergies and autoimmune diseases. Vitamin D may be beneficial as well.

Today I’m going to cover lard vs. vegetable oil. Lard is pig fat. Tallow is beef or lamb fat. We’re talking about the type of lard or tallow that is organic and from pastured and grass-fed animals.
Some people have a fixed idea that saturated fats, especially lard, equals clogged arteries. Before Crisco was invented, everyone cooked with lard or tallow, and it wasn’t considered bad. After Crisco (which is trans fat) was invented, it was marketed as a healthier substitute to lard and tallow (which are saturated fats). However, trans fats were banned by the FDA in 2015.
* Unsaturated fats are very unstable, especially when heated. They can cause inflammation, insulin resistance, oxidation, and free radical damage.
In summary, I believe lard and tallow are much healthier than vegetable oils.

Today we’re going to talk about what could be behind an enlarged prostate that can potentially affect urination.
When a man ages, the prostate enlarges. The prostate is a gland that wraps around a little tube that’s coming from your bladder. If the prostate enlarges, it can shut down the tube and affect the ability to urinate.
A person’s hormones can be classified into two categories:
Anabolic — has everything to do with building something up
Catabolic — has everything to do with breaking something down
When you eat food, there is a catabolic effect. Enzymes break down food into basic building blocks like amino acids and fatty acids. Then, anabolic hormones kick in and make body tissue out of the building blocks. When the prostate enlarges, there is something anabolic going on.
Milk has the majority of the anabolic hormones above. Milk is a very powerful anabolic substance that is turned into cheese, yogurt, kefir, and more. If you have problems with urination or an enlarged prostate, you may want to stop consuming milk and milk products.
Sugar or a high-carb diet can trigger insulin. Insulin can potentially cause an enlarged prostate. You may want to stop consuming sugar and get on the healthy keto plan.
Estrogen can also potentially cause an enlarged prostate. Soy is a big source of estrogen. Non-organic vegetables and foods can also have chemicals that mimic estrogen.
Potential remedies for the prostate:
1. Saw palmetto
2. Green tea
3. Pumpkin seeds
4. Zinc
5. Lycopene
A diet for someone with an enlarged prostate:
• Healthy keto
• Intermittent fasting
• Consume more cruciferous vegetables
• Consume beets
• Consume tomatoes

0:00 Acne Caused from the Mask: Maskne…DO THIS
0:10 What causes maskne?
1:10 How to get rid of maskne
4:00 Why your diet is important for avoiding acne
4:54 Bulletproof your immune system
In this video, we’re going to talk about acne caused by your mask, also known as maskne. This is a relatively new problem for many people around the world. What can you do about it?
Well, maskne is caused by oil, dirt, humidity, Co2, and bacteria that is trapped against your skin while you’re wearing a mask. This restricts the drainage from your pores. This often happens if you’ve been wearing your mask all day long, which is a problem for many people who have to wear a mask while they’re working.
Keep in mind that it’s not necessary to wear a mask while you’re alone at home or in your vehicle, or while you’re exercising outside away from others—this can cause unnecessary maskne.
When you do need to wear a mask, make sure you keep a fresh one on hand. Disposable masks should not be worn for multiple days. Multiple uses can cause an excess of bacteria on your skin.
When you wash your face, make sure you do not over wash it. You need the friendly bacteria on your skin to keep unfriendly bacteria in check.
Adding apple cider vinegar to water is a great way to clean your face without destroying your microbiome.
Another problem that many face is a sensitivity to the mask material. Try different kinds of masks and see if the problem goes away. 100% cotton is the best kind to go with for most people. Make sure it’s organic; pesticides, herbicides, and additives can cause adverse skin reactions. Avoid masks made out of polypropylene—many people have a sensitivity to it. This is also known as contact dermatitis.
If you have a lot of small bumps on your face, this could also be an omega-3 fatty acid deficiency. Cod liver oil is a great source of omega-3s.
Zinc and vitamin D are important for countering acne.
Lastly, I wanted to mention that many people have changed up their diet as the lockdowns hit and still haven’t recovered. Make sure you’re avoiding carbs. Carbs produce high insulin, which throws off your hormone levels—this is a primary cause of acne. Get on healthy keto and intermittent fasting.

Today we’re going to talk about what could happen if you stopped eating fast food for one week. Cutting down carbs and sugar can have many benefits. But, there are other things in fast food that may be beneficial to eliminate from your diet.
Processed foods can be very low in nutrients. Foods void of nutrition can actually deplete your reserves of vitamins and minerals, which can lead to potential health issues. When you consume empty calories or refined foods, you also don’t get any phytonutrients. Now, you can have a situation where you don’t have any antioxidants and a lot of oxidation. Oxidation can create damage in the body, and phytonutrients do a lot to help protect your body.
There are also a lot of food additives in fast food, which can include:
• Preservatives
• Colors
• Things that enhance the texture
• Sweeteners
• Things that enhance the flavors (like MSG)
What I think may happen if you cut out fast food for one week:
• Your hunger will go away
• Your cravings will go away
• Your fluid retention will improve
• Your mind will be clear
• Your body will feel clean (no brain fog and more energy)
• You’ll lose fat

If you have a brain, you need to fast. Here’s why.
Timestamps
0:00 Fasting for the brain
0:27 Benefits of fasting for the brain
2:20 How fasting affects friendly bacteria
2:56 Need keto consulting? Check this out
Today, we’re going to talk about why you may want to fast to help promote a healthy brain. The brain loves ketones. When you don’t eat, your body is eating your own fat, converting it to ketones, and feeding your brain.
Ketones are a byproduct of fat. If your brain has a choice between glucose in the blood and ketones in the blood, it will use ketones. There are a lot of amazing things that can happen to your brain when you start fasting, especially when you do periodic prolonged fasting.
Benefits of fasting for the brain:
• Neurogenesis (the regrowing of neurons)
• A spike in BDNF (a protein that stimulates the regeneration of cells in the hippocampus)
• The regeneration of the cortex of the brain and the forebrain
• A spike in plasticity
• The brain cells start resisting stress (neuroprotection)
• Neuronal autophagy
• It can help existing neurons survive better
These benefits can potentially lead to improved learning, improved memory, improved alertness, and more.
Our bodies have friendly bacteria and unfriendly bacteria. There is a friendly E. coli that doesn’t create any problems in the body. It actually helps combat the unfriendly strain of E. coli. When you stop feeding these friendly microbes, they can live four times longer than if you feed them. Friendly yeast also survives twice as long when you don’t feed them.

In this video, we’re going to talk about a common question I get from my viewers: can vitamin deficiencies cause serious disease?
You may not connect serious diseases with a nutrient deficiency. However, nutrient deficiencies may actually be at the root of many of the most common diseases today.
Many diseases are caused by classical deficiencies, including:
• Scurvy (low vitamin C)
• Rickets (low vitamin D)
• Beri Beri (low vitamin B1)
• Osteomalacia (low vitamin D)
• Pellagra (low vitamin A)
• Night blindness (low vitamin A)
• Heart attack (low vitamin E)
You also have subclinical deficiencies, which may not be obvious at first. They often cause long-term issues if left unnoticed.
Subclinical nutrient deficiencies are especially bad for infants and mothers who are breastfeeding. A child needs the right amount of nutrients for healthy development. Zinc, vitamin D, folate, and iodine are very important for child development.
Here are some signs of subclinical nutrient deficiencies:
Vitamin D: Bowed legs, muscle weakness, pain in legs, weak lower back
Vitamin B1: Dementia, neuropathy, brain atrophy
Vitamin B3: Diarrhea, dermatitis, dementia, early death
All of these vitamins are co-factors—they are helper compounds that ensure the proper function of a healthy body. Without them, your health can suffer greatly.
Many nutrient deficiencies occur when you consume refined foods. Consuming refined carbohydrates can lead to insulin resistance. Insulin resistance lowers your ability to absorb nutrients. In turn, low absorption can cause nutrient deficiencies, even if you’re consuming plenty of vitamins and minerals.
In summary, it’s important to avoid refined carbohydrates and address insulin resistance, so you don’t develop nutrient deficiencies.

Today I’m going to cover the top natural remedies for a UTI urinary tract infection. A urinary tract infection is an infection that could occur in the bladder, ureter, urethra, or kidneys.
Urinary tract infections are the second most common type of infection, and women are more susceptible than men. 90% of UTI infections are caused by E. coli, which is bacteria that are normally in the colon.
Symptoms of a urinary tract infection:
• Painful urination
• Frequent urination
• Blood in the urine
• Abdominal pain
Natural remedies for a urinary tract infection:
1. Make sure your liquids are a little bit higher (drink at least 2.5 liters per day)
2. Take a food-based vitamin C supplement, not a synthetic version (at least 500mg of natural vitamin C)
3. Drink unsweetened cranberry juice
4. Take a good probiotic (that involves lactobacillus bacteria)
5. Take garlic
6. Drink uva ursi tea
A strong immune system can help protect you against infections, including UTIs. I have an amazing free course you can take to learn how to bulletproof your immune system. Check it out.

What should your plate look like on keto? Take a look.
Timestamps
0:00 Introduction
0:33 Carbohydrates
2:22 Fats and Proteins
5:15 How to bulletproof your immune system
In this video, we’re going to talk about macros and how to visualize your plate instead of counting calories.
The three macronutrients are proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
Most foods are not 100% one macro—they often contain multiple macros.
Let’s start breaking down your meal plate.
You want the majority of your carbohydrates to come from vegetables. The average person needs at least 7 cups/servings of vegetables every day.
One cup of vegetables is roughly a fist full of salad. If you’re consuming more dense vegetables—broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, carrots—then you only need about 3.5 cups/servings per day.
You can also include a small number of berries in your diet, which count as carbohydrates.
Olives, hummus, and avocados are a combination of carbohydrates and fats.
Fats and proteins are often combined.
The fattiest proteins are the best to consume on a healthy keto diet. Avoid all low-fat proteins and do not trim the fat off of full-fat meats.
3-5 oz of protein per meal is ideal. For men, this is 1-2 pieces of protein that are about the size of the palm of your hand. For women, about 1 palm worth of protein. This would be similar to 2-4 eggs, one handful of nuts, 2 thumb-sized pieces of cheese, or 1-2 thumb-sized servings of nut butter.

Here’s what you need to know about hunger waves and what to do when you experience them. Check this out.
Timestamps
0:00 Hunger waves
1:20 What happens when you consume too many carbs
2:20 Don’t eat too late
2:35 Don’t consume too much protein
Today we’re going to talk about hunger waves. In the morning, around 8:00 am, you’re going to have the highest spike of cortisol of the entire 24-hour rhythm. At this time, your body is going to start releasing sugar to a small degree. If there is a problem with too much cortisol, it may release higher amounts of sugar.
You may find that around 8:00 am, you feel a wave of hunger. But, if you ignore this hunger, it should go away. If it goes away, then great. If it doesn’t, then you may actually be hungry. Drinking bulletproof coffee can help keep you satisfied so you can fast for longer in the morning.
If a person consumes too many carbs in a meal, a few hours later, or even the next day, they may start to experience cravings. It’s important to drop your carbs and increase your fat so you can fast for longer. You may also want to cut out snacks even if you consume them within your eating window.
If you eat past 7:00 pm, you may be more hungry in the morning. If you can, it may be best to not eat past 7:00 pm. If you consume too much protein, you can spike insulin. This can also cause you to be hungry in the morning, and you may crave carbs. A few more things that can cause your hunger and cravings to go up are poor sleep and stress.
In general, if you experience a wave of hunger, you need to think about whether or not you’re actually hungry or if you’re eating out of habit.

Today I want to cover the best herbs for parasites. A parasite is a microorganism like a worm or bacteria that basically lives off of your body but doesn’t give you anything back. Even though your friendly bacteria live off of your body, they are not parasites because they can actually do things for you, such as:
• Give you immune protection
• Help make certain vitamins
• Help make antioxidants
• Eat fiber and convert it to things like butyrate
• Help with your blood sugars
A few symptoms that can occur if someone has parasites:
• Fatigue
• Weight loss
• Itchy private parts
• Bloating
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
The best remedies for parasites:
1. Wormwood
2. Black walnut hulls
3. Garlic
4. Clove
5. Bile salts
Before you start these herbs, you may want to take purified bile salts. You can take three throughout the day on an empty stomach. Then the next day, you could try taking the herbs. When you take the herbs, you may want to start slow and gradually work your way up to the recommended dose on the package.
When you do a parasite cleanse, you may want to do it for at least one month. You could even do it for six weeks before you stop taking it and see how you do. It’s not a bad idea to do this every six months or so.
If you’re trying to get rid of a parasite, you should avoid certain foods, such as:
• Sugar
• Refined carbohydrates
• Milk
Taking apple cider vinegar on a regular basis may also be beneficial to help kill off parasites.

Is cheese a good probiotic—yes or no? Watch to find out!

1:04 What are the best natural cheese probiotics?

2:42 How to bullet-proof your immune system – course
In this video, we’re going to talk about cheese as a probiotic. When you think about natural probiotics, yogurt and kefir probably come to mind—but you may not have considered cheese.
Is cheese a good probiotic? In fact, cheese can be a great probiotic—if you consume the right cheese.
Your body has about 100-trillion microbes. There’s a constant battle between the good and bad bacteria. Antibiotics and poor eating habits can bad microbes the upper hand.
Cheese has live cultures (microorganisms) that can help support your gut’s microbial balance. Unlike yogurt and kefir, cheese contains very little sugar (lactose). Cheese also contains a lot of healthy nutrients such as protein and calcium.
The cheeses that contain the most probiotics are those that are aged cheeses that aren’t heated. Keep an eye out for raw milk cheeses—these are the ones that you want.
Make sure the cheese you buy is organic and from grass-fed cows. I personally prefer European cheeses over American cheeses.
Soft cheese has more friendly bacteria than hard cheese.
Here are some cheeses you should try:
• Cheddar
• Parmesan
• Swiss
• Gruyere
• Gouda (best probiotic cheese)
Keep in mind that you should consume only a moderate amount of cheese. Cheese can contain hormones that may affect your prostate or contribute to fibroids in high amounts. Don’t over-do it, and you should be fine.
