In this video, we’re going to talk about the best way to identify arsenic poisoning. I believe the best way to spot arsenic poisoning is actually to look at your nails.

There is a condition called leukonychia, where you basically have a horizontal white band on your nails. This could be arsenic poisoning. 

More symptoms of arsenic poisoning:
• Headache
• Confusion 
• Severe diarrhea 
• Drowsiness 
• Vomiting blood
• Blood in the urine
• Hair loss 
• Cramping 
• Stomach pain 
• Darker skin 
• Thick skin 
• Night blindness
• Vitamin B1 deficiency 
• Increase of hydrogen peroxide 
• Convulsions 

A few arsenic poisoning causes: 
• Rice 
• Your water supply 
• Wine 

If you suspect that you could have arsenic poisoning, you could get a test, such as a hair analysis or blood test, to find out for sure. 

Potential arsenic poisoning detox remedies:
