One day, she went from being a normal, healthy and active kid to experiencing so much pain and fatigue she couldn’t even get out of bed. Her doctors didn’t know what was wrong with her. Pain and illness stole the first half of her teenage years.

Instead of feeling amazing and a little bit crazy, hanging out with friends and living life, she placed all her trust in the medical profession and they couldn’t help her.

At just 16 years of age, she came to Bali and the 7 Principles of Health dramatically changed her life. She went from not having any answers to literally healing her body and reclaiming her life.
