Why Gastric Bypass Reverses Diabetes and Many Diseases

In this video, we’re going to talk about gastric bypass and diabetes. I’m going to answer the question, can gastric bypass reverse diabetes and other diseases?
Gastric bypass can help reverse:
• Diabetes by 83%
• Central obesity
• Hypertension by 63%
• High cholesterol by 61%
• Kidney dysfunction
• Fatty liver
• PCOS
• Sleep apnea
• Stroke (can help decrease risk)
• Certain cancers by 70%
• Cardiovascular disease
• Atherosclerosis
• Pseudotumor cerebri
• GERD
• Joint pain
• Retinopathy
Side effects of gastric bypass:
• Malabsorption syndrome
• Vitamin and mineral deficiencies
• Protein deficiency
• INF
• Death
• Kidney stones
• Peripheral neuropathy
During gastric bypass surgery, they alter a part of your small intestine—the part that stimulates insulin when you eat. Now, you can greatly reduce insulin and handle other problems. However, it’s much safer to do this naturally. All you have to do is get on healthy keto and do intermittent fasting.

Today, I’m going to reveal which food has the most pesticide residue of all vegetables and fruit.
The food with the least amount of pesticide: Avocados
There are over 34,500 pesticides in food, and those are derived from about 600 different chemicals.
Which food has the most pesticide residue?
12. Potato
11. Celery
10. Tomato
9. Pear
8. Cherry
7. Peach
6. Grape
5. Apple
4. Nectarine
3. Kale
2. Spinach
*1. Strawberries (food with highest pesticide residue)
Trying to wash the pesticides off of these fruits and vegetables doesn’t actually help. If you’re going to consume the keto-friendly foods on this list—make sure they’re organic, so you’re not exposed to the pesticides.

MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides): The Different Types

In this video, we’re going to talk about MCT oil—specifically the different types of fatty acids and their different functions.
What’s MCT oil?
MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides) are types of fat that don’t need help from your gallbladder. They can be turned into ketones pretty fast. Medium-chain triglycerides can be extracted from coconut oil or palm oil. MCTs are really good for people starting out in ketosis.
MCT oil benefits:
• Reduce appetite
• Increase brain energy
• Decrease cravings
• Feeds brain/heart
• Doesn’t get stored as fat
Types of MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides):
C6 Caproic –
• Turns to ketones
• Very few available
C8 Caprylic –
• Quick, stable mental energy
• Mental clarity
• Antibacterial (strep, staph)
C10 Capric –
• Powerful anti-fungal (candida)
C12 Lauric –
• Antimicrobial (one of the most powerful)
• Turns into monolaurin (good for measles, herpes, staph, and E. coli)
How to use MCT oil:
Most people take C8 and C10 together. Always start out with a small amount, like maybe 1/2 teaspoon. You can work your way up to a full teaspoon, and then after a few days 1 tablespoon.

In this video, we’re going to talk about fasting for liver health. Is fasting good for the liver?
Intermittent fasting is very good for the liver. The liver is one of the only organs that can completely regenerate if you have at least 25% of your liver left. If you look down and you have a gut, chances are you have a fatty liver.
When you do a fast for 18+ hours, you can:
• Reverse a fatty liver (the fat on the liver can be used as fuel)
• Reduce an enlarged liver
• Lower liver enzymes (lower inflammation)
• Improve fibrosis
• Stimulate autophagy
The key is keeping your insulin low. If you’re overweight, chances are you have high insulin. If you’re a diabetic, you especially have high insulin. Fasting can greatly improve insulin levels.
When you eat, you’re stimulating insulin. In the presence of insulin:
• You can’t release fat from the liver
• You can’t burn fat
• You have inflammation
*Intermittent fasting is essential to help with fatty liver disease.
If you have a fatty liver, you may also want to try:
1. Taking choline
2. Taking apple cider vinegar

Oxalate Toxicity – Interview Preview with Sally K. Norton
Marilyn’s Testimonial
Marilyn struggled with several major health issues for most of her life: immune (or IgG) deficiency, depression, and allergies. Medications did not help her, and her condition deteriorated over the years. Meditation also didn’t help her at first, but she began meditating again after being introduced to Dr. Joe’s work and reading You Are the Placebo. She attended an Advanced Retreat in 2017, and participated in a Coherence Healing session as a healee, with great results. When she returned home, she still had a lot of work to do on her healing, but she persevered….and is now making a big difference in others’ lives. NOTE: Marilyn mentions being involved in the Deer Healing community — Dr. Joe’s retreat participants have formed many healing groups over the past 2 years. They meet online (and sometimes in person) to participate in group healings of individuals. They are honing skills while, in some cases, achieving amazing results.

In this video, we’re going to talk about how to deal with keto trolls and responding to haters.
Keto naysayers are saying things like:
• Keto causes bad breath
• Keto causes keto crotch (itching)
• Keto causes heart disease
• Keto causes cancer
• Keto causes diabetes
• All that fat clogs arteries
• Meat causes cancer
• Keto is dangerous long-term
Keto diet haters try to stir up doubt and confusion, which can be upsetting. However, the majority of these negative posts are not from concerned citizens taking an objective view. They are from troll farms. You can actually hire an internet troll for about 50 cents a post in certain countries.
The best way to deal with keto trolls:
1. Ignore them
2. Share your results

My Opinion on The Game Changers Film

In this video, I’m going to talk about keto and veganism. I’m also going to give you my opinion on “The Game Changers” movie.
My viewpoint is, if you want to go vegan, you should do it. I have no problem with that. The only challenge I see is if you do it unhealthily.
My ultimate goal is to get people to eat real food. The problem is defining what real food means. Essentially, as long as you’re getting your nutrients and your fuel—you’re eating food.
It can be difficult to get all of your nutrients being vegan. Nutrients like:
• Zinc, iron, calcium
• DHA
• B12
• Vitamin D
As long as you’re getting all of your nutrients and your getting high-quality protein, you can be a vegan and be perfectly healthy.
If you’re trying to lose weight, you have insulin resistance, you’re prediabetic, or you’re diabetic, it can be more difficult to be a vegan.
Dirty keto – doesn’t emphasize vegetables
Healthy keto and intermittent fasting – emphasizes vegetables (more vegetables than many vegan diet plans)
There are both unhealthy versions of keto and unhealthy versions of veganism. The bottom line is to make sure you’re getting all of your nutrients.
If you’re pregnant or breast-feeding, I highly recommend not being a vegan because of the chance of having deficiencies that could be a big problem in the development of the child.
In “The Game Changers,” they’re talking about the dangers of eating animal products. I would like to see a study that shows any negative effects from consuming grass-fed grass-finished organic meats or organic eggs. There are none.
When we recommend healthy keto, we’re recommending high-quality ingredients. Some studies vegans quote are done with processed foods and are based on questioners.
If you have something along the lines of gut inflammation, celiac disease, or irritable bowel syndrome, I do not recommend a lot of vegetables or veganism. I recommend you be a carnivore for 2-3 months, then slowly add vegetables to the diet.
