As a young mum, she knew about the 7 Principles of Health. But there’s a difference between knowing them and making them a part of your life.

We are often good at learning, and knowing things. The key to anything is the Praxis (or practice). This is where we really benefit and gain wisdom. Through integrating it into our daily lives. Living and experiencing things on all levels – mind, body and spirit.

The 7 Principles of Health might seem pretty basic. After all, they include breathing deeply, drinking enough water, getting out into the sun, exercising, spending time on your passion, eating wholefoods, having nourishing relationships. Common sense right?

But I find most people don’t practice them. Perhaps because they are so simple, they aren’t prioritised. Yet, when we practice them on a daily basis, pretty amazing things can happen.
