I know for many people, health is a common one.

It can take an illness, pain or some form of suffering before we truly value the health we once enjoyed.

I want to share with you a story here that demonstrates this pretty perfectly.

Now, that might sound like common sense, but you would be surprised how many people just don’t live that way. Sometimes it takes being around other people to actually start putting the principles into practice.
