In this video, we’re going to talk about the influence garlic has on cancer. Most people know by now that garlic is very healthy. It has potent anti-microbial, anti-fungal, and antiviral properties. At the same time, it doesn’t harm beneficial gut microbes—only pathogens.

When it comes to cancer, garlic is also beneficial. When you crush garlic, there’s a potent compound released called allicin. It causes harm to cancer cells while leaving healthy cells alone.

Here are the benefits of allicin and garlic:

1. Reduces the growth of tumor cells

2. Inhibits cancer in humans

3. Causes cancer cells to induce apoptosis (cell death)

4. Anti-proliferative – stops the reproduction of cancer cells

5. Chemoprotective – protects your body when undergoing chemotherapy.

6. Induces autophagy in human liver cancer cells

These benefits of garlic are mind-blowing. Who would have guessed garlic would be so powerful? Unfortunately, you won’t hear about these benefits often because you can’t patent garlic and sell it as an expensive medication.

Why 80 Percent of People with COVID-19 have No or Mild Symptoms

80% of people with COVID-19 have no symptoms or mild symptoms. Here’s why.

2:30 Herd immunity

In this video, we’re going to talk about why 80% of people infected with COVID-19 have no symptoms or mild symptoms. This may not only be because they have a strong immune system.

I found some fascinating research, which links getting immunity to a past coronavirus (there are four), which will then give a person some immunity to the current coronavirus.

Past coronaviruses have been responsible for mild upper respiratory infections. These coronaviruses are worldwide and very common. About 60-90% of people have been exposed to these viruses.

This study showed that if a person is exposed to one of the past coronaviruses, they could have immune memory against COVID-19. This means that if we already have immunity to one or more of these past coronaviruses, then a large percentage of people may have herd immunity without ever being infected.

This could be why about 80% of the population has no COVID -19 symptoms or mild symptoms. It’s not 100% dependent on the immune system. It also has to do with having antibodies to these other coronaviruses.

If you have a strong immune system, and you have antibodies to a past coronavirus, then you may have no symptoms.

If you have a weak immune system and antibodies to a past coronavirus, then you may have mild symptoms.

Herd immunity is where the majority of the population (at least 60%) has already been infected, so they have antibodies. But, based on this research, we might not need to achieve 60% herd immunity, we may only need 30%.

Key Nutrients and Herbs for Fasting

Try these key nutrients and herbs for fasting to help compound your results and give you more benefits.

Timestamps:
0:00 What type of nutrients do you need while fasting?

2:15 Nutrients for fasting
4:10 Two nutrients you don’t need for a fast
4:55 Herbs for fasting

Today we’re going to talk about what nutrients you should take when doing a fast. When you’re doing intermittent fasting, this is less important. But, when you do prolonged fasting (48-72+ hours), this becomes very important. Most people going into a prolonged fast are already deficient in at least one nutrient. A fast can then exaggerate this deficiency.

A nutritional deficiency could create symptoms such as:
• Dizziness
• Feeling faint
• Feeling tired
• A rash
• Muscle cramps
• Palpitations
• Feeling cold

Taking nutrients or herbs goes against the true definition of fasting, which is drinking only water, eating nothing, and not taking any nutrients or herbs. But, there are not enough calories involved in taking nutrients or herbs to bump a person out of ketosis or affect the benefits of fasting.

Taking nutrients may not only help prevent a nutrient deficiency, but it may also help enhance a person’s antioxidant network.

Key nutrients for fasting:
1. Electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, sodium, and chloride)
2. B vitamins (nutritional yeast)
3. Trace minerals (zinc, selenium, and iodine)
4. Vitamin D (sun, cod liver oil
5. Vitamin C

2 nutrients you probably don’t need for a fast:
1. Iron
2. Calcium

Herbs for fasting:
• Green tea
• Garlic
• Wheatgrass juice powder
• Turmeric

Do This for Nausea

Try these unique natural remedies to get rid of nausea.

0:17 Nausea causes
0:43 The #1 cause of nausea
1:40 What to do for nausea

In this short video, we’re going to talk about the best way to get rid of nausea. Nausea is not a disease. It’s a symptom. It’s an uneasiness or discomfort that is non-specific. Nausea is a symptom that always has a cause.

A few causes of nausea:
• Motion sickness
• Food poisoning
• Chemotherapy
• Low blood sugar
• Medications
• Kidney stones
• Pregnancy
• GI problems
• Gallbladder problems (#1 cause)

A few questions to ask yourself:

1. When did the symptom start exactly?
2. What happened just before the symptom started?

If you ate something unhealthy just before the symptom started, you should consider avoiding that food. If you ate something that’s keto-friendly, you might just need to decrease that certain type of food a little bit.

A few nausea remedies:
• Ginger (in a tea or supplement)
• Peppermint (in a tea or supplement)
• Cayenne pepper (in a supplement)
• Chamomile tea
• Meadowsweet tea
