In this video, I want to talk to you about a question I got from a viewer: will colloidal silver turn me blue?
There’s a condition called argyria, which is when your skin turns blue when exposed to silver. This is a very rare condition, and very few cases are ever reported.
If you buy colloidal silver from a reputable company and you use the recommended amount, you’re not going to turn blue. I have never seen even one side effect of colloidal silver. Instead, you will likely benefit from it significantly. I keep colloidal silver on hand at home.
There are many applications and benefits of colloidal silver:
1. Antiviral
2. Antibacterial
3. Anti-fungal
4. Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
5. Wounds/burns
6. Nebulizer-lung
7. Eat infection
8. Anti-parasitic
9. Throat spray
10. Mouth herpes
11. Warts
12. Nose spray
Keep in mind that colloidal silver is not meant to replace any medical care. Speak to your doctor about using colloidal silver.

In this video, we’re going to talk about the best spices and herbs for rheumatoid arthritis.
What’s the difference between a spice and an herb?
• Herbs are the leaves, flowers, and stems of plants.
• Spices are the seeds, fruit, root, and bark of plants.
Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease. This means that your own immune system is attacking itself—mainly the joints. There is a lot of inflammation going on, and it’s really the immune system causing the damage. With rheumatoid arthritis, you have a big problem with the T cells. These cells are doing a lot of destruction to your joints. There is also a certain T cell that is supposed to turn off this immune reaction, and I think this could be where the bigger problem is—it’s not balancing the reaction.
By using certain spices and herbs, you can help decrease the inflammatory process that’s creating the damage. You could also help strengthen the immune system and improve the antimicrobial function.
The best spices and herbs for rheumatoid arthritis:
1. Ginger
2. Thyme
3. Turmeric
4. Cinnamon
5. Garlic
6. Black pepper
7. Oregano
Other remedies for rheumatoid arthritis:
• Increase potassium
• Decrease sugar consumption
• Fast
• Increase vitamin D
• Avoid vegetable oils

The Most Important White Blood Cell (WBC)
What is the most important type of white blood cell in your body? Watch this video to find out.

1:16 Why T regulatory cells are important for immune function
1:53 Possible conditions caused by low T cells.
2:25 How to strengthen T regulatory cells
4:11 Other problems with low T regulatory cell function
In this video, we’re going to talk about what I think is the most important white blood cell. There are numerous different white blood cells, but the T regulatory cell is the most important. This white blood cell is also called the T suppressor cell or Treg.
What’s unique about this type of white blood cell is that it does the opposite of other white blood cells—it suppresses the immune system. In turn, this gives the immune system balance and prevents the immune system from overreacting. It also helps reduce mucus.
T regulatory cells regulate self-tolerance. This means it helps prevent your immune system from attacking healthy cells. It allows your immune system to tell the difference between your own healthy cells and pathogenic cells. In turn, this helps with preventing autoimmune conditions, including:
• Inflammatory bowel disease
• Type-1 diabetes
• Asthma
• MS
• Rheumatoid Arthritis
• Cytokine Storm
There are several nutrients that can affect T regulatory cell function. These include:
1. Vitamin A
2. Vitamin D
3. Zinc
4. DHA
5. Probiotics
6. Gluten (avoid this!)
Any nutrient deficiencies that suppress or atrophy the thymus gland will reduce T regulatory cell function. Keep in mind that the “T” in T regulatory cell stands for thymus. That’s because it’s produced in the thymus gland. Also, keep in mind that as you age, your thymus shrinks, causing more inflammation and poor immune function.
Children who have taken antibiotics early on tend to have problems with T regulatory cells, asthma, and certain other autoimmune diseases.

The Benefits of Breastfeeding for the Immune System

3:33 How long to breastfeed
Today we’re going to talk about the importance of breastfeeding in relation to building the immune system. I believe breastfeeding creates the biggest effect on the future of your child’s health. By breastfeeding, you could ultimately help give your child an immune system before they’ve developed it.
What you need to know about the effect of breastfeeding on the immune system:
• There are many different strains of friendly bacteria in breastmilk that are passed over.
• The mother’s antibodies get passed over (antiviral antibodies and antibacterial antibodies).
• There is a lowered risk of respiratory infections, ear infections, allergies, ADD, autism, and asthma.
• T cells will be passed over. T cells can take the immune system to the next level.
• Butyrate can be passed over. This could potentially help prevent allergies and autoimmune diseases.
• The risk of type 1 diabetes could also be decreased.
• There is a more diverse microbiome.
• There is more interferon.
I think it would be best to breastfeed for a minimum of 6 months. Ideally, the child would have breastmilk for two years.

2:10 Health effects of low vitamin D
2:40 Best source of vitamin D
In this video, I want to talk about vitamin D and RDAs. You may have seen that the news is now bashing vitamin D. They are saying that you shouldn’t take too much because it’s toxic—it’s now considered dangerous when taking more than 600 IUs. Where is this coming from?
There was recently a study published by the national academy of medicine (NAM). After many years of compiling research, they happened to make a big error—by a factor of ten. Instead of recommending 600 IUs, they should have been recommending 8895 IUs.
RDAs are the recommended daily allowances of nutrients that are considered to be sufficient for over 97.5% of healthy people to prevent a deficiency. Keep in mind that RDAs do not consider unhealthy people.
Today, the data is still wrong and unchanged, which means many people are getting a false recommendation of 600 IUs/day.
This recommendation is crazy—we are facing a massive vitamin D deficiency pandemic right now. Most people are deficient in vitamin D, resulting in problems with…
• Immune system health
• Bone health
• Inflammation
• Increased risk of autoimmune diseases
and much more.
When you see information like this, make sure you search out who is providing this information. It’s important to check for errors, quality, and conflicts of interest.
The best source of vitamin D is not a particular food—it’s the sunlight. Sunlight stimulates the body’s natural ability to create vitamin D.
Many things can affect how much vitamin D you should consume:
• Excessive weight or obesity
• Age
• Skin color/melanin
• Infection
• Health conditions

In this video, we’re going to talk about COVID-19 and false negative testing. There was recently a study published by John-Hopkins, and there seem to many concerns with the data.
When you have a false negative when testing for COVID-19, this means that the test says you do not have the coronavirus when you are actually infected.
Here are the chances of the coronavirus being detected on a COVID-19 test:
Day 1: 0%
Day 4: 33%
Day 5: 62% (First symptoms occur around day 5)
Day 8: 80%
Day 21: 34%
During day 5-8, you will have the highest chance of an accurate test. However, most people do not get tested until they’ve started having more severe symptoms, which is between day 10 and day 21. This means the accuracy of these tests will be low when most people are tested.

Arrhythmias Are Excess Calcium

4:47 Other causes of too much calcium
5:37 What to do for heart arrhythmias
In this video, we’re going to talk about heart arrhythmias and how they relate to excessive amounts of calcium in your cells.
Arrhythmias are a problem with the rhythm of your heart. This could be a minor palpitation or a major atrial fibrillation—and anything else that involves an irregular heart rhythm.
The most common cause of arrhythmias is excess calcium stuck in your cells—this is why many arrhythmia medications are calcium channel blockers.
Calcium is one of many electrolytes that supports the function of your heart:
• Sodium controls the “spark”
• Calcium controls the “squeeze
• Magnesium controls the “relaxation”
There are many cannon triggers for heart palpitations:
1. Caffeine
2. Alcohol
3. Sugar
4. Stress (cortisol)
5. Electrolytes (magnesium)
6. Low vitamin D
7. Chocolate
8. Drugs
Each of these will affect calcium physiology—which can cause palpitations.
You can control how much calcium is in your cells with magnesium. Any imbalance of electrolytes can have a short-circuiting effect, which throws off the systems in your body and causes palpitations.
Low magnesium could be a result of insulin resistance or consuming too many foods high in sugar and carbs. It could also be a result of not consuming enough magnesium in your diet. Most magnesium comes from leafy greens.
Other causes of high calcium in the cells are:
• K2 imbalance
• Vitamin D imbalance
• Potassium imbalance
Take a look at your diet and lifestyle habits and see if any of the things I mentioned above could be triggering heart arrhythmia. It may take some trial and error to figure out a solution.
