Sarah’s Testimonial

At 13 years old, Sarah began experiencing depression, and within a few years was using marijuana daily to cope. As she approached her current age of 20, she also started to experience body dysmorphia and the cycle of shame, guilt and depression that goes along with it. Sarah’s parents signed her and her sisters up for the Malta Advanced Week Long Retreat, and to prepare for the retreat, Sarah began practicing Dr. Joe’s meditations and she stopped taking marijuana. Through this time, and during the Retreat, Sarah dealt with the discomfort of releasing suppressed emotions…but the relief and freedom was worth it.

In this video, I’m going to talk to you about the different causes of jaundice. Jaundice is a situation where your skin and the whites of your eyes turn yellow. This is caused by bilirubin backing up into the skin.

Bilirubin is a compound that comes from the breakdown of red blood cells. This happens because your liver isn’t clearing them out. With infants, this can mean that their liver is underdeveloped. With adults, it’s typically liver damage.

There are 8 things you can try to help get rid of jaundice.
1. Sunlight (or phototherapy)
2. Vitamin D
3. Rosemary
4. Lemon juice
5. Ginger
6. Amla berry
7. Oregano
8. Milk thistle
Give these a try and see if they help you get rid of jaundice.

In this short video, we’re going to talk about the amazing health benefits of milk thistle on your liver.

Milk thistle is like an incredible liver detox. Research suggests it has some powerful benefits because of the phytonutrient in milk thistle called silibinin.

According to this research, the benefits of milk thistle include:
• Helps repair insulin resistance and fatty liver
• Removes hydrogen peroxide from the body’s tissues
• Acts as an anti-inflammatory
• Helps protect against chemotherapy
• Contains anticarcinogen properties
• Acts as a powerful antioxidant
• Nullifies cytokines
• Acts as a strong antifibrotic
• Supports the gallbladder and production of bile
• Has potent antiviral properties

I recommend getting the freeze-dried form of milk thistle supplement—this is the most potent and pure form.

Give it a try and see if it helps you.
