Diane’s Testimonial

Two years ago, Diane was physically attacked and beaten, and since then she’s been afraid to go for walks by herself. Pain in her body since the attack also hindered her mobility. After participating in a Coherence Healing session at a Week Long Retreat, Diane’s physical symptoms disappeared. Her emotional healing was immediately tested, when she found herself confronting a would-be mugger as she walked to the retreat venue early the next morning.

Whiplash Injury:

In this video, we’re going to talk about chronic pain. I want to share with you some unique and powerful things you can do for chronic pain.

Common chronic pain causes:

• Post-surgery
• Post-injury
• Referral
• Diabetic
• Autoimmune
• Arthritis

There is not a lot of exact knowledge about why people develop chronic pain. But, I want to give you my opinion on the subject.

What to do:
You will want to work on the opposite side from where you’re feeling pain. You do not want to work on the area where you’re feeling pain because you’ll re-traumatize it.

• Rate the pain
• Use massage/acupressure to work on the opposite area for 1-2 minutes
• Rate the pain again
• Use massage/acupressure to work on the opposite area a little higher up for 1-2 minutes

If this technique doesn’t work, it may be because of referred pain. For a whiplash injury, there is a more complex technique you should try. Some neck pain and abdomen pain may be coming from a digestive issue. In this case, you need to fix your diet. Get on healthy keto and do intermittent fasting.

Natural remedies for chronic pain:

1. Fasting
2. Stinging nettle root
3. Vitamin D (40,000 IUs)
4. Benfotiamine

In this video, we’re going to talk about chronic fatigue syndrome.

If you look it up, you’ll see chronic fatigue syndrome has an unknown cause.

A few things about chronic fatigue syndrome:

• It’s worse with exercise
• You have poor sleep (doesn’t improve with sleep)
• You have constant tiredness
• There is no test for it

Chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms:

• Fatigue
• Memory loss
• Sore throat
• Enlarged glands (in the armpit or neck)
• Joint pain
• Unresponsive sleep
• Extreme exhaustion

Causes of chronic fatigue syndrome:

1. A hidden virus (EBV)
• Nutritional deficiencies and stress can cause viruses to come out of remission.
• EBV can also cause Hashimoto’s. If you have Hashimoto’s, consider taking selenium.

If you have EBV consider:
• High doses of vitamin D (40,000 IUs)
• Zinc (30mg)
• Fulvic acid
• Healthy keto
• Improve stress

2. Insulin resistance
• Your cells can’t get fuel/nutrients
• Your brain is starving
• Sugar and carbs are behind insulin resistance
• To help fix this—do healthy keto and intermittent fasting
