Ben has a history of nearsightedness, since he was 10 years old, and has worn glasses or contacts every day. The first evening of the Niagara Falls Advanced Week Long Retreat, Ben participated in a short guided meditation with the group. Nothing noteworthy occurred for Ben during the meditation, but the next morning he found that he could not see clearly with his contact lenses or glasses on – he had to remove them. Days later and his vision remained “crystal clear.”
