Today, we’re going to talk about foot care and a very effective remedy for toenail fungus. 

What to do for toenail fungus? Use Epsom salt. Epsom salt is a naturally occurring mineral salt. It has antimicrobial and antifungal properties. 

Toenail fungus home remedies:

• Use a nail file to get rid of some of the dead nail
• Avoid moisture 
• Soak your feet in an Epsom salt bath

How to use Epsom salt for fungal toenails

What you need:

• 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt 
• 4 cups of water

  What to do:

Dissolve the Epsom salt in hot or warm water. Pour the mixture while it’s still warm (if it’s hot let it cool a little bit) into a container large enough to fit your foot into. Soak the foot with the nail fungus in the mixture for 15 minutes every day for 3-4 weeks.
