Rachel shares her story of emotional healing, starting in 2012 when she first heard about Dr. Joe. In 2013 she experienced a devastating sexual assault — with traumatic reverberations during the investigation. Through it all, she relied on Dr. Joe’s meditations, and took up the challenging work of reforming her self identity. During a Coherence Healing session at the Santa Fe Advanced Week Long Retreat in 2018, Rachel was a healee, and she felt the release of huge amounts of “victim identity” energy.
